AccuDoc Urgent Care at 620 Ring Road B, Harrison, Ohio.

3 techs, 1 RN and 1 doctor who was absent from the facility 3/3 times I had appointments. RN was incompetent in identifying a cyst on my wrist. 4 failed attempts to cut/drain it, all causing pain (3rd attempt we used anesthesia). Ordered to have an MRI. Called 3 consecutive days to receive results. Placed on "list" to be called as they were entered. Day 4: I call and find that they have been there since day 3. They then would not allow me to receive the results via phone. Doctor has not even looked at them. Must pay copay and schedule appointment to see results. This could be cancer. I will look to resolve this issue today. Do not bring yourself or loved ones to this facility.
